Terms of Services
Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Terms explain the conditions applying to purchases from Alma Latina Store Limited at almalatina.co.uk. Please read them together with the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that UK law does not allow us to restrict.
1. Our business and how to contact us
Alma Latina Store Limited, 4 Fontmell Close, Swindon, England SN25 2PE, United Kingdom.
Customer support: support@almalatina.co.uk.
2. Products, availability and descriptions
We aim to describe products, sizes, ingredients, colours and availability accurately. Product packaging may occasionally be updated by manufacturers. Please check product labels and suitability before use, particularly for cosmetics, fragrances and products for babies or sensitive skin. If a product is materially different from its description or is faulty, your statutory consumer rights apply.
Product availability may change. Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund or alternatives only with your agreement.
3. Prices, checkout and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Any shipping charges or additional amounts payable will be shown before order confirmation. Available payment methods appear during checkout and payments are processed through the relevant secure payment provider. We never require you to send a payment card security code by email or message.
An order is an offer to buy the listed items. We acknowledge receipt electronically; a binding contract is formed when we accept your order for fulfilment, subject to applicable consumer law. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any payment taken for goods not supplied. We may conduct proportionate checks where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.
4. Dispatch and delivery
We normally process orders in 1–2 working days. Standard delivery generally takes another 2–3 working days, so the typical overall estimate is 3–5 working days. Express delivery is not guaranteed next day unless expressly stated. UK Standard Delivery is free for eligible orders of £50 or more; actual available rates and services are confirmed at checkout.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy contains detailed information about dispatch estimates, delivery charges, missing packages and your delivery rights. Risk passes in accordance with applicable UK law; we do not treat a tracking scan alone as necessarily resolving a disputed delivery.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
For eligible online orders, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receiving goods and a further 14 days to send them back after notifying us, subject to the exceptions established by law. We also offer an additional voluntary 28-day change-of-mind returns service for eligible products, with the product-condition rules and return process stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons may lose the statutory cancellation right if unsealed after delivery. This is not a blanket exclusion for all opened beauty products. Sale items retain their statutory rights. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including remedies beyond the voluntary return period. No fixed 48-hour notification deadline limits those rights.
Refunds and return postage are handled in accordance with our policy and applicable law. We do not apply unauthorised fees or penalties.
6. Promotions, discounts and gift sets
Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility conditions, availability and validity dates, as stated when offered. We will not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order. Discounts do not reduce statutory rights. Promotional gift sets are subject to the relevant return conditions; statutory remedies apply to defective items.
7. Customer accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and giving accurate order contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and customers from fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Website content and third-party services
Brand names, images, product descriptions, logos and site content may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. You may use the site for ordinary personal shopping and browsing, but must not unlawfully reproduce protected materials.
We may link to third-party websites or use third-party payment, logistics and technical services. Their separate policies may apply to their independent activities. We are not responsible for content outside our control, but this does not remove obligations we owe you in relation to your purchase.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We remain responsible for providing goods that conform to the contract and exercising reasonable care in the performance of our obligations.
Information on the website does not replace professional medical advice. Follow manufacturer instructions and seek qualified advice for health or allergy concerns.
10. Privacy, cookies and marketing
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing and customer rights. Our Cookie Policy explains storage and access technologies and privacy choices. Newsletter sign-up is separate from accepting these purchase terms; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@almalatina.co.uk with a complaint and we will seek to resolve it fairly. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and any consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland or elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms removes access to courts or statutory remedies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing an updated version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under orders already accepted. The latest version is available on this page.
