Last updated: 21 October 2026

This is a summary of our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Alma Latina Store Limited currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

We normally process orders within 1–2 working days, followed by approximately 2–3 working days in transit for Standard Delivery: an overall typical estimate of 3–5 working days. Estimates are not guarantees; statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Free UK Standard Delivery is available on eligible orders of £50 or more. For lower-value orders, the ordinary standard delivery charges are £2.99 up to 1 kg, £3.99 from 1.01–2 kg and £5.99 from 2.01–10 kg, where available. Express rates, where offered, are £3.99 up to 1 kg or £4.99 from 1.01–2 kg; next-day delivery is not guaranteed. The final applicable costs and options are displayed at checkout.

We investigate delayed, missing or damaged deliveries and provide the remedies required by law. If you need help, contact support@almalatina.co.uk. Read our full Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details and our Returns & Refunds Policy for cancellations.
