Delivery Options

1.1 We offer various delivery options for our customers in the UK, including standard delivery, next-day delivery collection in person and free delivery in our area.

1.2 We also offer international delivery to selected countries. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.

 

Delivery Times

2.1 Our standard delivery time for orders in the UK is 1-3 working days, although this may vary depending on the delivery option selected and the destination of the order.

2.2 Next-day delivery is available on request for orders placed before 1 pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

2.3 delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance requirements, and any incurrence of tax will be the buyer's sole responsibility.

3.1 Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery option selected, the order's destination and the package's weight and dimensions.

3.2 We offer free standard delivery for orders over £40 in the UK (only applies to O Boticário and Natura product lines.)

3.3 We offer free standard delivery for orders on all our Bikini Sets, One-piece Swimsuits and Lingerie Sets to UK.

Return Policy

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

1.2 We offer a 28-day return policy for items purchased from our website, starting from the date of delivery.

1.3 To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. None of these affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of delivery/ collection, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual return process.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

  • Face + Body products if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.
  • Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.

Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

2.2 We will provide instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

2.3 Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and that you obtain proof of postage.

2.4 We will process your refund or exchange Once we have received the returned item and verified its condition. 

Exchanges

4.1 If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

4.2 We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and order the replacement item.

4.3 If the replacement item is more expensive than the original, you must pay the difference. If the replacement item is cheaper, we will refund the difference. The postal charges for exchanging an item will be the buyer's responsibility.
